FRANKOWSKI-MALO CLINIC offers a full range of prosthetic work. We are happy to have our own very well-equipped prosthetic laboratory (!) which is why we can afford to reduce the prices of works while maintaining their high quality. Direct contact between a patient, a doctor and a technician guarantees the possibility of making the most complicated prosthetic work in a short time.

At FRANKOWSKI-MALO CLINIC you can receive immediate reconstruction. Then, in our laboratory, our experienced technicians Beata Zaborska and Jacek Jurczyk will prepare the final crown made of the highest quality materials and high-end equipment. It is worth knowing that we work on components and devices of the world renowned brands:

  • Ivoclar Vivadent
  • GC
  • Vita Zahnfabrik
  • DeguDent
  • Heraeus Kulzer
  • Bredent
  • Nobel Biocare
  • Bego

During the examination, we assess the needs and possibilities of your prosthetic reconstruction. Using the “facial bow”, we assess the range of movements in the temporomandibular joint and its mechanics, which is a necessary condition for programming an individual “articulator” in which your bite will be reconstructed. For a better visualization, based on the impressions and measurements taken, the technician performs work on the so-called wax models (wax-up). At this point, we decide on the choice of a solution that will be accepted by the patient. On the basis of the short-circuit analysis, the technician prepares the so-called mock-up, i.e. temporary restoration in the patient’s mouth. In this way, we assess the final result of the proposed solution.

Permanent prosthetic restorations are made of porcelain and titanium. The research shows that these materials are best tolerated in the mouth.

If you require top esthetics, we recommend full ceramic crowns with high-strength zirconium . Crowns made on zirconium oxide are primarily biocompatible with our body and do not cause allergies. The gum “clings” to the zirconium, and we get rid of the dark strip in the area of the gingival line, especially in patients with the tendency to lower the gums (as in the case of periodontitis). In this way we obtain the appearance of prosthetic crowns almost identical with that of natural teeth.

At FRANKOWSKI-MALO CLINIC, we work on two types of zirconium. We mainly work in our laboratory using the perfect Degudent milling machine or we make Procera crowns that are milled in the USA. In both cases, the zircon is of high quality, does not crack, does not chip off and looks beautiful.

The difference here is mainly in the length of the warranty. We give a 3-year warranty for our work, but the waiting period is shorter, because we do the whole crown on site. The Procera is cut in the US, which extends the waiting time to about a week. Yet, you receive a 5-year full warranty and the so called “crown passport” respected all over the world (so you can repair the work in an emergency outside the country).

To eliminate imperfections in the appearance of your teeth, discoloration, poor alignment, undesirable shape, we use all-ceramic veneers. Veneers are thin porcelain flakes (with a thickness of approx. 0.5 mm), which give an excellent cosmetic effect with very little preparation of the tooth. When designing your veneers we use our own computer CAD/CAM system in our laboratory. The technician precisely designs and creates the tiny flakes, which are then attached to your natural teeth with a special glue.

More extensive missing teeth can be treated with acrylic dentures or more physiological framework dentures. For their good maintenance, we use bolts and latches fastened on the crowned teeth.

Extensive missing teeth are best complemented with works fixed on implants, because they do not burden the already weakened teeth. They strengthen the occlusion conditions giving confidence and satisfaction to our patients for many years.

In our laboratory we can create a zirconium prosthetic superstructure within 2-3 days.

Our flagship prosthetic solution is the All-on-4® technique of restoring the entire teeth, where we replace the teeth with a special fixed Malo Bridge based on 4 implants. The whole procedure lasts only one day (!). You enter FRANKOWSKI-MALO CLINIC in the morning, and you leave our clinic early evening with you new smile already on 😊
